What work experience do you want to share with your new co-workers?
- I was in the service industry for my whole working career before I moved to the fitness world in 2023.
How long have you lived/worked in the area?
- I've been in this area for the entirety of my life. I have lived in Kingston, Suquamish, Little Boston and Poulsbo.
What are two interesting facts about you that you would like to share?
- I used to be 340lbs before I got into fitness, following massage therapy training. I lost 120lbs over the course of a year.
- I assisted in the amateur MMA Production Cage Warrior Combat in 2012/13. I was a light heavy weight training partner and security for events.
- I was in the service industry for my whole working career before I moved to the fitness world in 2023.
How long have you lived/worked in the area?

- The answer to this is a bit complicated! I lived on Bainbride Island for several years as a child. My family moved away but came back to WA in 2014, to Edmonds. I went to high school there, then college at UW. My partner and I moved to Kingston almost exactly a year ago!

- By education, I'm a linguist and spent much of my time at UW researching and studying Southern Lushootseed.
- I also really enjoy birdwathching and the first bird I ID'd from a guide was a spotted towhee.
