The goal is to provide a space for PGST Employees to Empower each other. It takes all of us to run this Government.

Celina has stepped up to the plate and switched her role working with elementary students to working full time with our high school students. She has been working hard to create a safe space for students and helping them set goals. I know it was a stretch for her to move from Elementary to High School but she is doing a great job at it and the students appreciate her. She brings the Auntie vibes with her so the students have respect for her. Great Job Celina!

Janet has been working with our High School students as our new academic coach. She brings so much humor and fun to the learning while sharing her culture. She has a heart to help our students succeed and has a Math and Science background. She comes in early and stays late sometimes to help students. You also may recognize her as the Math Instructor for NWIC. Great job Janet! We appreciate you!

Katherine McGuire has been an invaluable member of the Tribal Gaming Agency for over two years, consistently ensuring a pristine office environment through her dedicated efforts. Her commitment to maintaining cleanliness has not gone unnoticed by the Tribal Gaming Agents and Administrative staff, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to her for the dedication and hard work.

As a vital component of the Tribal Gaming Agency, our responsibility encompasses the regulatory oversight of the Point Casino and Hotel. Recently, a select group of our team embarked on training to Marysville, WA, and Las Vegas, NV, aimed at expanding their knowledge base and acquiring tools essential for the advancement of our agency. Their proactive engagement in these opportunities is commendable, and I am grateful for their commitment to personal and professional growth. Furthermore, their eagerness to share their newfound insights with a mentoring approach demonstrates their dedication to fostering a culture of learning and growth within our organization.
