Morale and recognition in the workplace is FUNdamental. Thank you for using this form to recognize an employee for a specific act or having the kind of positive attitude that improves our workplace.
The goal is to provide a space for PGST Employees to Empower each other. It takes all of us to run this Government.

For the first Háʔ nəŋ Cn Shout-Out, we will head over to the Career & Education Department! Bethany Swift! Beth works for PGST as an Events and Outreach Coordinator. Hey Beth! This is what a fellow co-worker has to say about you:
"Thank you, Beth, for all your work organizing the Graduation Honoring for our tribal graduates. The special touches you put into everything made people feel special. The car kits for the parade, the lawn signs for each graduate, the decorations, the traditional meal, and everything. We appreciate you!"
The next shout out will also go to someone in Career & Education. Sha’ Ree Vebber! Sha’ Ree works for PGST as the Career and Education Program Manager. Hey Sha’ Ree! This is what a fellow co-worker has to say about you:
"Sha'ree has been working hard for months in preparing for our Summer Youth Program. There are many moving parts to make this a successful program for our youth. She has been emailing and meeting with departments to ensure the youth are placed in a job that fits them the best. Sha'ree had to order supplies, organize lifeskill days, meet with students and also partner with the HS summer schoolteachers to make sure our students that needed credit retrieval would be placed appropriately. There is so much more that Sha'ree does to make this happen. We appreciate her leadership, dedication and, commitment to ensure this program is a great success for our youth! Thank you Sha'ree for all that you do for our department! "
Alright let’s keep the good vibes goin’!! Next let’s head on over to Special Projects and give a shout out to Jodi Fulton!! Jodi works for PGST as Events Coordinator. Hey Jodi! This is what a fellow co-worker has to say about you:
"I just want to give a shout-out to Jodi Fulton and the Special Projects team!! I had a fantastic time at the All-Staff party. I had the chance to converse with employees from other departments outside of my own. The craft was excellent & therapeutic. I am looking forward to next year already!"
Let’s head over to Health Services for the next shout out!! Annie Strandberg!! Annie works for PGST has a Massage Therapist. Hey Annie! This is what a fellow co-worker has to say about you:
"I had my massage with Annie and instead of doing our usual work, she read the room, noticed I wasn't in a good head space and changed the routine. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. Thank you, Annie!"
Now let’s go over to the Early Childhood Education and give Kaylayla Ives a shout out! Kaylayla works for PGST as an Early Childhood Infant/Toddler Teacher. Hey Kaylayla! This is what a fellow co-worker has to say about you:

Woooo let’s stay with Executive Services and give a shout out to Sharon Purser! Sharon works for PGST as Front Desk Receptionist On-Call. Hey Sharon! This is what a fellow co-worker has to say about you:
"I have to give a shoutout to Sharon. She is always so welcoming when she's at the front desk and is always willing to help. When you call the front desk, she answers and is always helpful to figure out who or what you need, and she will make sure you know what is going on with the tribe, such as dump vouchers, school clothes, etc. and she will make sure that you know who to go to for what benefit. She brightens the day up there."
And last but not least!! Let’s head back over to Health Services and give a shout out to David Radoszkowicz. David works for PGST as a Medical Assistant. Hey David! This is what a fellow co-worker has to say about you:
