Wrapping up 2023 with December Shout-Outs
Greetings PGST Staff!
Morale and recognition in the workplace is FUNdamental. Please join us in recognizing employees for a specific acts or having the kind of positive attitude that improves our workplace. Maybe a certain employee completed a high stress project that will make a difference or went out of their way to provide support to an employee/client.
The goal is to provide a space for PGST Employees to Empower each other. It takes all of us to run this Government.
So, who gets the first Haʔ nəŋ Cn Shout-Out? We are headed over to Health Services to give a shout out to the CHR, CNA, MA, front desk, and RN team. Hey team! This is what a fellow co-worker has to say about you!
“Shout out to the amazing team of CHR / CNA, MA, front desk, and RN staff in the health services department. They have done a fabulous job collaborating and pooling efforts to cover leave and open positions and still make sure our clients are receiving excellent and consistent care. You guys are rockstars!”
And the next Haʔ nəŋ Cn Shout-Out also goes to Health Services. We are giving THIS shout out to Jessie Lemickson!! Hey Jessie, this is what a fellow co-worker has to say about you!
“I've been super impressed with Jessie since she was hired. She fits right into the team and is very knowledgeable in her field as a MA. She took on inventory and ordering for the clinic with ease and timeliness, ensuring we always have what we need! Sometimes, learning on the fly, but always getting it done. Very appreciative for this! She additionally, is a pleasure to work and always has a smile or a fun little ditty as she walks by. Thanks Jessie for all your hard work.”
The next Haʔ nəŋ Cn Shout-Out goes to Sue Hanna who works for CFS as PGST’s Elders Program Manager. Hey Sue! This is what a fellow co-worker has to say about you!
