  Training on How to use the Leadership Guide 

This Leadership Guide is an easy-to-use manual providing basic guidance in decision-making for Managers.

The Guide offers you support to carry out your role as manager or supervisor, addressing issues related to employee life cycle. Chapters are divided into sections on employment, compensation, orientation, performance management, separation, employee guide, employee relations, health benefits overview and timecard processing. 

 This training is to come together and go over the guide to ensure we are all on the same page, it any changes need to be made, and/or answer questions you may have. So please come prepared with questions & listening ears!
