This program is extremely new here. I will be the one of 6 students attending the first class at this location. DHATs are mid-level providers with the goal to increase dental health care to native communities.
What do you plan to do when it’s completed?
I plan on returning here to PGST as a Dental provider!😊The last quarter of the program will be a preceptorship with Dr. Black as the supervising dentist.
What are you most excited about?
I am excited about LEARNING especially in something that I love.
Anything else you want us to share with the PGST team about this venture?
I am super grateful for this opportunity. This has been a goal of mine for years and so happy that there is now a school right here in WA. I will miss everyone but I will be back! Thanks to everyone who has helped and encouraged me to go forward in this big new step.
