The goal is to provide a space for PGST Employees to Empower each other. It takes all of us to run this Government.

Without further ado,  let’s move onto our Shout-Outs……..

“I witnessed Sharon go above and beyond for a tribal elder who found themselves in the admin building but needed to get to a medical appointment at the health clinic. Sharon got up and offered to walk with the elder back outside, helped her back into her vehicle and gave excellent directions to the driver so they could locate the health clinic. Sharon cares for our community and it's people. She has a big heart and deserves to be recognized for the acts of kindness she often brings to the workplace!”

We have one more Haʔ neŋ Cn Shout-Out and this one is also for Health Services. Kerstin Powell! Hey Kerstin, this is what a fellow co-worker has to say about you:

“Kerstin has always impressed me with her intelligence, understanding, kindness and how she is able to help patients or fellow coworkers. She will take the time to help you understand the system and direct you in the right direction of your needs. Not only does she care for patients, but she also recognizes the needs of her coworkers needs like being able to walk away from your desk to take a break, knowing when and understanding that it okay to leave if you're not feeling well (you're not feeling guilty for leaving work). Kerstin you are one of a kind and I/we appreciate you so very much.”

Wow! A record high for Haʔ neŋ Cn Shout-Outs this month. Just a reminder, this is open to anyone who wants to just give someone a boost. When you give that person a boost, we all feel it and we all recognize that person for doing a good job in their role.
